Cheap Polar F7 Men’s Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Grey)
I got my Polar F7 clock Saturday and Sunday morning I was using for the first time.
Reading does not know: Polar heart rate monitor watches it. Why would anyone watch a heart rate monitor, you ask? For the year! I have a disease in heart, not as serious, it's worth my heart rate monitor and ensure that I will not go beyond my limits. Also – a heart rate monitor is one of the most accurate ways to calculate the calories burned during exercise. So, forsomeone who loves to draw and would like to keep track of progress – a heart rate monitor is a good way to go.
First impressions:
The silver watch is quite big for my wrist. I'm 5'2 "and 123 pounds. Although not the smallest person you meet, I'm pretty thin. The clock face is the width of my wrist. When I first time I was very shocked by the size though I expect it's great 'm. After two days of constant use to wearthe size and still seems small at times.
I like the look of him. The gray color is nice and neutral with a clean and a nice layout design female blue and gray screen. The keys are large enough and easy to use. My only complaint I have a complaint with any watch I ever owned had is that my wrist, lives between two notches. A score is a bit 'too closely, and if you move to the next, is flying around my wrist. Although it is better than anyto see the other I have ever had.
On the back of the watch are some basic things, the serial number, make, model, etc. In addition, the markings that the watch is water resistant to 50m water. According to Polar, which makes it suitable for bathing and swimming, not snorkeling or diving.
Features:
The operation is quite nice. The clock comes with a chest strap. This band has two strip "electrodes" that go against your body, and a "WearLinkTransmitter, which snaps on the front of it. You wet the electrodes with water and strap the band around your chest. Snap the transmitter and you're done. Once you start exercising, press the "OK" Watch twice on the button to begin training. It tracks exercise time, heart rate and calories burned. At the end of a work by a summary screen that tells you to get the calories you burned, your total workout time, and your max and average heart rate.
There are buttons on the clock for the backlight back (you can interrupt or stop by your work) and to change the view. The different points of view during the training are calories, says his area, you know where your heart rate at the correct time zone and time of training. In each view, see, the heart rate.
One of my favorite things to do is exercise for the class of spin-spin and in-class, is not always easy to take both hands off the handlebars, push a button and watchTheir watch. What I like the polar watch that if my hand on my chest and put the clock near the chest trap and radio stations, the clock is on, I told them time and return later to burn calories before the backlight turns off. This is done to the clock during training so much easier. I could move my arm quickly glance at the clock, then put my hand in his seat. Do not fiddle with the buttons or settings. Quick and easy.
The study:
Yesterday was my first time with the clock in the gym, and I got two classes: RPM and bodyflow. While laps I kept track of on my heart rate (which maxed out around 190, and an average of 160) and calories burned. In little more than an hour, I burned 550 calories during the lesson spin. Not bad! I then went to another where I burned 216 calories bodyflow a total for the day of the 766th While training, I have not a key is pressed. I would move the clock from time to time close to the transmitterwould be light and I could burn calories and time to see so far, and I liked that I do that quickly, without printing anything.
I wore the watch for evidence in the shower, water resistance, and as expected, it worked pretty well. I think that's kind of strange, the chest band and watch swimsuits, but I can not swim very well, much less do any kind of movement, I will not be a problem for me. : P
I also used the timer clockwhile I was cooking dinner last night.
The verdict:
Definitely worth the money. I had seen on the market for a new one every day, however, and if there are bulky and not just "professional looking" I use it as just that. The functionality is great exercise and chest strap is very comfortable. I can buy sports bra with the transmitter system, but at this point I do not see a real need for additional investment. The chest strap only works for mehours. The only thing I do have some 'unhappy when the battery needs replacing, the clock will be sent back to Polar to replace it with water resistance, which can take several weeks to fix. Also – have a software clock synchronization with your computer to monitor the training data allowed, but not working for Mac For someone like me, with four Macs in the house a home PC, which is really disappointing .
All in all a great product andI will definitely use something every day.

Sportline Solo 910M Men’s Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Grey)

My watch works just fine. I don’t give it 5 stars simply because
1. it’s not particularly attractive like the more expensive TQR 775 analog model.
2. it can’t do anything fancy such as show me an average hr for my workout.
The instructions recommend you take your hr before exercise, during warmup, during exercise, and during cool down. I’m going to track my resting HR and my recovery rate during cool down.
It also has a calorie calculator based on the current heart rate. I don’t know if it assumes a certain body weight as the instructions don’t mention anything about this topic. It also shows a % of max HR figure next to the HR figure, based on the age you enter.
Bottom line:
Overall, it’s a good product that does what it’s supposed to do – with NO annoying chest belt and one button to push for only a few seconds for a reading, even while moving. It also has some standard watch features like time, alarm, date, chronograph, and countdown timer, and looks like an ordinary digital watch. Very affordable and useful for tracking times, calories, and HR. I would recommend it.

Customer Reviews
Good birthday gift – D. Clark – Missouri
I ordered this for my son for his birthday gift. He was looking for one but didn’t like what he found in the sports stores. He’s in the Coast Guard and lives on a ship most of the time so doesn’t have much room for extras.
He got this in the mail and was very pleased with it. He said it works fine and is easy to use.
Great Heart Rate Watch! – Chrisitan H. Gunther –
The heart rate monitor is very easy to use and has been accurate when compared to various exercise machines and a heart rate monitor with a belt.
Solo so far so good – P. Murphy – Witness Protection Program
After reading 3 bad reviews here, I guess I’m lucky because mine works perfectly. I compared the readings to the cardio equipment displays at the gym and got identical numbers. And the watch shows results faster!
